What do you think about me, be 100% honest. This is a feedback thread, I want to get as many feedbacks as possible. I need to know what I can do better to be a better staff member. Tell me anything I can or need to improve. Niggative and Pussytiv feedback is want I want to get. You can tell me anything, dont worry, I will not be using the "Hammer", (if you know what i mean .)

Please, post more stuff below about how I am and how I am doing. Look at it this way, If you dont post anything, it means I do everything right, which I am 100% sure I dont. I need feedback so I know what i can do to improve and be a better staff member.

Well were pretty much best buds and connected at the hip when were both active so I'll lay down some goods n bads honestly
The good:
You have always been there wen kurtis needed us the most when the server was going down hill very fast.
You actually ENJOY helping people, some people I've came across in the past that are staff are disrespectful towards new players needing help.
You help people see the good in a bad situation and you persevere through to the end of the problem.
You handle situations honestly but respectfully, and don't make things personally offensive.
You have a very refined talent with making friends, and new people comfortable

The bad/could work on:
The same problem as everybody is having which is activity. Idk bout currents, but before my laptop shit on me I couldn't see u online very much but irl stuff comes first n foremost
You said you wanted all positive and negative feedback but I'm not able to list much negative and you know I would if there was any bad stuff about you just to help you fix them, but there's nothing that stands out man.

I hope this helped in some way William, even though as a close close friend even I couldn't find much bad

I am fully aware og my activity. And I know Its not the best out there, but I really wish I could do anything about it. Its exams and about 4 months left before I graduate and I want to get my grades up. Plus im recovering from my injury that i had not to long ago. But I will definitly work on that.
